Since we are a virtual educational institution, we offer all our services through the Internet. We communicate with you via emails or by posting notices on our website. FM Virtual University grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the website. You are not allowed to download (other than the course contents to which you are given access) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the consent of the FM Virtual University® Admin. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the contents for the benefit of an individual or a similar institution/organization.
FMEDU collects mobile phone numbers only when voluntarily provided by individuals for business communication purposes. Mobile opt-in information and SMS message data are not shared with third parties. SMS messages are used solely for one-to-one informational communication related to user inquiries or service requests. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
By providing your mobile phone number and communicating with FMEDU via SMS, you agree to receive one‑to‑one informational text messages related to your inquiry or service request. Message frequency varies depending on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply.

Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Use, the University reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Sites, the Services or any portion thereof, and to block or prevent in future your access to and use of the Sites or any of the Services.
