These website Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) apply to your access to, and use of, the university’s website, as well as any other university-controlled sites, regardless of the domain name or IP address (collectively “Site” or “Sites”) and the features and applications accessible through the sites (collectively the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy also describes how FMEDU (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained through our services, including one-to-one SMS communications

Admissions
The decision of FM Virtual University® to accept your application will be made based on the information that you have provided on the application form. If the FM Virtual University® finds that you have made any false statement, or have left out significant information, FM Virtual University® reserves the right either to disqualify your application or to suspend you from studies and reserves the right to take any further steps deemed appropriate.
Payments
Any fee payments made to the FM Virtual University®, whether semester fees, charges, or ANY Application Processing Fees are non-refundable due to the modest fees we charge. You are requested to understand the policies and requirements clearly before proceeding with the payment.
Electronic Communication

Since we are a virtual educational institution, we offer all our services through the Internet. We communicate with you via emails or by posting notices on our website. You should agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communication we provide to you electronically (via emails, site news, etc.) satisfy all requirements, and should be considered equivalent to communication in writing.

Copyright
All content included on the website such as text, logos, images, graphics, button icons, digital downloads, data compilations, software, etc. is the property of the FM Virtual University® or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws. The course material provided is confidential and copyrighted. You may keep a copy on your PC and print out a copy for your personal academic use, but you are not allowed to distribute it to others.
Trademark
FM Virtual University® Trademarks and Trade dress may not be used in connection with any other website or institution in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among people, or in any manner that disparages or discredits FM Virtual University®.
License and Access

FM Virtual University grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the website. You are not allowed to download (other than the course contents to which you are given access) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the consent of the FM Virtual University® Admin. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the contents for the benefit of an individual or a similar institution/organization.

FMEDU collects mobile phone numbers only when voluntarily provided by individuals for business communication purposes. Mobile opt-in information and SMS message data are not shared with third parties. SMS messages are used solely for one-to-one informational communication related to user inquiries or service requests. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

By providing your mobile phone number and communicating with FMEDU via SMS, you agree to receive one‑to‑one informational text messages related to your inquiry or service request. Message frequency varies depending on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply.

Risk of Loss
Please note that the password to your FM Virtual University® portal’s confidential. You are expected to guard your password and not share it, even with your family members. No test reset requests will be processed if anybody happens to misuse your account. And you will be responsible for any misuse or miscommunication through your account.
Student Records
The FM Virtual University®is not required to retain records other than the transcripts of the students and credits obtained or return anything submitted for the application.
Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Use, the University reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Sites, the Services or any portion thereof, and to block or prevent in future your access to and use of the Sites or any of the Services.

Modification to Terms of Use

The University reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, at any time and in its sole discretion. If the University changes or modifies these Terms of Use, it will be indicated at the top of this page, the date these Terms of Use were last revised. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions to the Sites, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Sites or the Services following the posting of changes or modifications will constitute and confirm your agreement to, and acceptance of, such changes or modifications. Disputes
Any disputes arising during your study at FM Virtual University® are subject to the final decision of the Administration.
